Payment:

A deposit of 30% is required to hold the reservation. The balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. Clients may pay the full amount due all at once if they choose.

Cancellation Policy: 

• More than 30 days before the expected arrival date – no costs
• From 29 to 15 days before the expected arrival date – we retain 50% of total cost
• Less than 14 days before the expected arrival date – we retain 100% of total cost
